Well I've been MIA for a while as my Mothboard and Processor in my PC have fried on me! Which means that I've only been able to use the Net on my Hubby's PC. This has major draw backs;

He doesn't like me touching his PC as he says I have the touch of death! Whenever I start playing on his PC something will inevitably go wrong on it. Why, I have no idea. I could just be nice, start it up, pop in his password and go away and something on it will change/ die/ slow down.

So because of this, when I'm on his PC I'm only allowed on Facebook - although he has recently let me download some of my e-mails to his e-mail client!

So that's why I've been missing. My PC has kinda been fixed, my friend put in an old motherboard and processor that he had lying around, but it's not as fast as my fried one (well before it fried) and it has no internet connection.

His lovely wife has therefore lent me her laptop so that I can have a bit of free range on the net again.

I have to say that logging back onto DA and seeing nearly 400 deviations and 119 messages threw me slightly!

On another note... It happened! I got the dreaded swine flu! I'm not happy and have been in Quarantine for the past week and a half and I'm going a bit nuts at being couped up and not seeing any else bar hubby.

I am SO bored here in the house! I swear if I don't get over this soon I'm going to go on a rampage, return to work with it still and infect everyone else! Bah!!!!

Well the summer has been busy, busy, busy, and I haven't got as much done as I wanted too. Xitch has picked up tho, which I'm very happy about, of course.

I'm currently testing two new artist's work, and I'm hoping that they work well as they pieces are just GOROGEOUS and would make beautiful finished patterns.

Well today I went to work, I stepped into the building, took a step off the mat and slipped; spraining the ligaments in my ankle. So now I have to rest it for a couple of days and then start to walk onit... hopefully I'll be back in work on Monday. It's annoying tho as I only work during school term times and they've only just started back!!! Bah.

has been such a wonderful friend to me over the last year and has made me a beautiful cross stitching fairy! This fairy is the bestest ever! It's perfect for me and everything that I love; Fairy's and Stitching!

Well, it's hard trying to set up a proper business with no money. To get money you've got to have visitors, to get visitors you've got to advertise and to advertise you've got to have money.... it's a vicious circle I tell you!

So I've decided that I'm going to keep xitch as the £1.00* cross stitching shop for the long term Hopefully, I'll at least sell enough patterns to cover my ad costs.

Well I'm officially a Graduate. I got my letter to confirm that I passed with a Lower Second BA(hons). I'm a little gutted that I was only a few marks from an Upper Second, but still.

It's really hard coming out of Uni and into the big wide world again. Debt seems to be everywhere about me atm. Student Loans, Credit Cards, Overdrafts, and everything else that could be.

I've found out you can apply for graduate loans, to help you sort out the little bits and pieces. Thing is, I've finally just sorted out my credit file - it's squeeky clean! and I have a goodish rating of 807 out of 1000. Before all this downturn I'd have been assured a current account with interest free overdraft and a graduate loan if I had been a graduate then; but now, even that rating and a clean credit report doesn't g'tee you anything.

Now they wonder why your report is so clean - they wanna see something on it! Ffs I hate finances.

Sadly, I have had to take my first day off from work – I’m not a happy bunny. I don’t know what the matter is, but I woke up feeling like crap, got ready really slowly – I just had no energy! – and trudged down to the bus stop. Suddenly I knew I was going to be ill – walked home and just made it in time to hit the toilet! Good job I only live two mins from the bus stop if that! So after revisiting my breakfast I was roasting! Seriously just sweating from head to toe! I had to strip off immediately to cool down. I feel so tired and just drained. I have no idea what the matter is!

So I had to phone up work and tell them I’m not going to make it in. I’m gutted. It’s a lovely day out and the kids tend to be in a good mood when it’s nice as they know if they misbehave they’ll be kept in at either break, lunch, or after school and they certainly don’t want that! Well it may be a lovely day, but it’s not like I’m going to get to enjoy it now 

I’m not allowed to drink anything but water, and I don’t even want to look at food at the moment. I do feel like I could go to sleep, but then I have a fear of being sick in my sleep so it’s really doing my head in!

Lastly we have World of Warcraft Patching by ~Resak If you’ve not played WoW then you won’t really get it; but I think the general WoW population would agree that this should now be flipped on it’s head!
